In this way Ayurveda is an active therapy that we apply upon ourselves, compared to a passive therapy that we allow others to administer to us, such as a pill. Ayurveda is science based in relationship to self, Nature, and each other.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga yoga is a style of practice that is deeply rooted in following a traditional method and form. It creates lightness in the body, builds strength, inner confidence and increased body awareness. Over the course of many years the practice softens and deepens for the practitioner, ebbing and flowing with life and whatever is arising.

Thai Massage

Thai massage is like having yoga done to you. Using a sequence of gentle flowing exercise movements, the client’s body is moved, loosened, and stretched. This helps to restore energy flow throughout the body.
